Is my child old enough for camp?
The minimum age for campers is 3 years old. Each camp has a minimum age which is noted next to the camp name on the camp schedule. Age is determined by the child’s age on June 1, 2023. All children must be fully potty trained. There may be some age flexibility for siblings. Email before registering.
How do I register for camp?
Download the registration form. Complete the form and mail it or drop it off with payment. Campers will be placed in camps in order of receipt of registration form and payment. You will receive an email confirmation of placement. Wait lists will be maintained. Checks are preferred, but you may contact us if you need other options. We do not take Paypal or credit card.

What if I register and then need to cancel?
Refunds are given until May 31 with a $50 cancellation fee. After May 31, camp fees are not refundable, but can be transferred to another week if space is available or to another camper. We reserve the right to cancel any camp that has less than 10 campers enrolled for a full refund.
When are camp fees due?
Camp Fees are due at time of registration.
What is the registration fee?
There is NO registration fee.
How much does summer camp cost?
The All-Summer Explore option is $250 for up to 12 weeks (1 day per week)
Week-long theme camps are $125 per week
What time is camp?
Camps run from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 1 PM - 4 PM,
Week 5 is a short week with three days from 9 AM - 2 PM
Can my child attend a full day?
Campers ages 6+ may attend a morning camp and another in the afternoon with a supervised lunch
time between. Just register and pay for both camps if both the morning and afternoon camp are appropriate for your
child.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Because we have eliminated a Registration fee, we have also eliminated discounts for siblings.
Do you offer referral credit?
Receive a $10 credit towards another camp when registration of referred person is paid in full. No limit.
Can I assist to earn free camp?
One child may attend tuition-free in exchange for an adult assisting for the week.
Do you offer scholarships?
We believe that no child should be excluded because of family finances. We maintain a scholarship
fund. Often those with referral credits donate them to this fund. Please inquire.
What does my child need to wear?
Your child should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.
Shoes must have closed heels and toes for hiking!!! No other shoe is acceptable and your child will not be allowed to stay.
What do I need to bring?
We will be outside, so please apply sunscreen and bug repellent before you come.
Please bring an extra change of clothes to leave on site for the week.
You will receive an email prior to your camp letting
you know of any other specific items to bring and what to expect for the week.
Should I bring food?
We ask each child to bring their own snack (and lunch if they are staying a full day) and a water bottle. Label
both with a name! We can provide water refills throughout the day.
What if my child has allergies?
Some camps prepare and eat additional snacks throughout the week. Teachers will try to accommodate
specific needs, but teachers and parents may decide that a particular camp is not a safe environment for some allergies.
If your child has other severe allergies, including bees, you must send a labeled Epipen to camp each day. Be sure to note
ALL allergies on the registration form.
A CPR/First Aid trained teacher is on site.
How does pickup/drop-off work?
This will be explained in an email prior to each camp. Carpooling is encouraged.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to pay a $10 late fee before returning. Please be considerate of our teaching staff and pick your child up on time.
