Forest Preschool

An authentic Forest School approach based on the German model of Waldkindergartens.

Our Forest School provides an outdoor educational experience for children ages 3-6. Here at Woodland Discovery, children are encouraged to play, explore, and learn in a forest environment, no matter the weather, with adult supervision that is meant to assist rather than lead.

9:00am-12:00pm on Monday-Friday
12:30-3:30pm on Tuesday
Choose 1-5 days per week
Children must be 3 years old by August 31st and be fully potty trained.

Availability for 2026-2027

Openings available from 9:00am-12:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning.
We are forming classes for Thursday morning
We are potentially offering a preschool afternoon class on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 3:30. If you have older kids in our afternoon classes and would like to send your younger children at the same time, this would be a great option to consider.
